LG ‘Star’ named Android Smart phone rumored

Interesting rumor has been leaked that LG could still launch a Dual core smart phone which is powered by the Android OS by the end of this year. It looks to be the latest flagship phone in there Optimus range and the prototype has been named as the LG ‘Star’. A partial list of specification of this device is leaked out along with some images but the official name is yet to be known.
This dead line was always thought to be a bit optimistic, but they won’t be too far behind schedule if this leak turns out to be correct, as it suggests early 2011 is more realistic. (more…)

After a long time Sony Ericsson has given Android some rest so that it can check out any other operating system for a while. So, at last Sony Ericsson could try its hand on the latest version of the Microsoft’s Windows mobile operating system.Windows phone 7 mobile OS is really in demand as HTC, Samsung and LG have been into the market with this from the last month. Upgraded model of Dell Streak expected in 2011

Dell has recently launched the Dell Streak in the UK market and the next launch is awaiting with the Venue Pro an Android Smart phone and the Windows phone 7 Thunder, but it’s not the end of the innovations from Dell. They have even started working on the sequel of Dell Streak as the working name of Opus one which is an improved second generation version of Tablet cum smart phone, the Dell Streak.
The handset will be again featuring a 5 inch display but the resolution will be increased to a more impressive 1280×800 pixels. According to the size of the screen, it would sit in the middle of the 3.5 inch screen of iPhone 4 and the 7 inch Galaxy Tab, similar is the case with the current Streak. (more…)

Samsung’s expeditions are moving at a high speed whether its WP7 or Android, they have succeeded with all of them. Then after there great success they have decided to increase the level of smart phones. So they had announced a new generation smart mobile phone with Android 3.0 OS that will come up in the market at some time in next year. It will be a galaxy series mobile phone and a successor of Galaxy S which will be named as Samsung Galaxy S2.

Motorola Milestone 2 is the next updated version of the Motorola Milestone launched around one year ago which is already launched in US as Motorola DROID 2. But Milestone is a GSM phone where as Droid 2 is a CDMA version. Motorola seems to be continuing the race of smart phones as they have announced another Android phone. Milestone 2 is a latest version of Android 2.2 Froyo smart phone which is the upcoming OS in the today’s mobile industry. But will Motorola be able to cope up when the other manufactures are striving with the WP7 and Motorola is still on Android OS. This will lot depend on the performance and functionality of both the OS as Milestone 2 doesn’t lack in any aspect of hardware as compared to WP7 mobile phones.

Palm Pre 2 is the second new phone introduced after the Palm Pre Plus by HP. This will be a true showcase of feature that HP is bringing in the today’s smart phone world. The phone will be available on 22nd October in France and in UK and US in the coming months as per the updated news by company. HP has also introduced a brand new Web OS 2.0 which empowers this smart phone along with a more refined design.
The new OS looks great with the 3.1 inch multi touch screen with a 320×480 pixels of resolution displaying the true colors and text is entered through a slide out QWERTY keyboard. In addition, there is a faster 1 GHz ARM processor along with 512 MB of RAM. (more…)
