Nokia acknowledged that a limited no of its Nokia Lumia 800 Windows Phones handsets have some kind of battery problems. After long inspection Nokia experts said, “ While the battery is fine, a software problem on some variants is limiting the phone’s ability to access the full battery capacity.”

A fix for this will be included in a software update that should be out early next year with lots of other updates that brings various performance enhancements. Nokia also says that the battery issues doesn’t affect recently released Nokia Lumia 710, the second Windows phone device.

Nokia Lumia 800 can use the diagnostic tool pre-installed on their handset to run a battery test and see if their battery has problems or not.
